When both parties conclude this contract, Party
A must disburse Subscription to Party B for USD xxx Yuan
to prepare the completion of bowling equipments and the
renovation work shall need 15 working days. During the
Delivery period （which is confined before August 5th,2005），B.
Party A must pay off the rest amount of USD xxx Yuan at
one short in the delivery of goods. Party A must pay off
the rest amount of USD xxx Yuan of other equipment of
bowling .
C. Party B has the power to prohibit Party A from withdrawn
or employment of bowling equipments before the completion
of payment.
For undecided matters concerned，both parties may replenish
the contract, of which the supplementary clauses have
the equal force adeffect with this contract, as there's
breach of contract, any party has the power to appeal
court. d retreaded. All of which should be packed in paper
box.
Warranty Period: For safeguarding Party A's benefit, Party
B grants the following warranty period for the sold bowling
equipments under the preconditons that there's no contrived
damage: all for two rounds in accordance with American
FIQ Standard, that is to say normal running(expendable
ex inside)：
The warranty period for the parts of the automatic bottle
pick-up machine is 6 months after installation.
The warranty period for the automatic score system is
6 months after the installation,( but the power supply
of Party A shall meet with the required standard by Party
B, the standard voltage for computer is 220 volt，machine
is 220 volt. In case that instable supply voltage or human
factors of Party A that lead to the damage of parts, Party
B may consider to charge maintenance and transportation
allowance ).
Party A ought to maintain certain indoor temperature and
facilities for alternating current in accordance with
the provisions of equipments at guarantee period, and
as well keep the normal running of the hall air conditioner
so that the indoor temperature keeps at 18 to 22 degrees,
humidity keeps at 50 to 70 degrees.
